GENERAL

run by the Nirmala Matha EducationalAgency of Nirmal Rani
Province of the Adoration Congregation. |

The school aims at the all- round
development of its students. It focuses on forming persons who
are intellectually advanced, culturally refined and
spiritually solid. |

The school is co-educational and is
affiliated to the Central Board of Secodary Education, New
Delhi, the students are prepared for the AISSE / AISSCE. The
medium of instruction is English. Hindi and Malayalam are
taught as second languages. |

| ADMISSION REGULATIONS |

The prescribed form available ln the school office on
payment of a registration fee of Rs. 50/- must be used as
application form. |
| |
|
 |
The duly filled application form along with intimation
cards properly stamped should reach the principal within
the prescribed time limit. Late applications will not be
considered. Incomplete and incorrect applications will be
rejected. |

|
 |
The applicants have to appear for interview. Only
those who pass the interview will be called for a personal
interview with the Principal. |
| |
|
 |
If the candidate fails to appear for interview at the
time fixed, he/she will not be considered for admission
under any circumstances (please check the notice board for
the date of interview) |

 |
All the selections are but provisional and will only
be confirmed after scrutiny of the certificates and
payment of the first instalment of fees. Fees once paid
will not be refunded. |

RULES & REGULATIONS |
| |
|
 |
All pupils shall make themselves acquainted with
the rules and regulations notified for their conduct.
Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an
excuse. |

 |
All students shall be in the school premise 10
minutes before the morning bell (8.50 a.m). The second
bell (9.00 a.m) marks the begining of classes. |
| |
|
 |
Pupils shall be responsible for the safe custody
of their books and other belongings. |
| |
|
 |
Any damage caused to the property of the school
must be immediately reported to the principal. The
students responsible for the damage will have to bear
the expense of repairing it. |
| |
|
 |
Students shall keep silence and decorum in
classes. During the absence of a teacher pupils shall
not leave their class room or their places or
make noise.The class leader will inform the principal
9f the matter. |

|
 |
All are expected to speak English in the school
and in the school bus.
|
| |
|
 |
No pupil shall enter any class room other than
his/her own without the permission of the teacher.
Pupils may change their places in the class room only
with the permission of the class teacher. |

|
 |
Parents/Guardians will not be allowed to visit
their children during school hours. In case of an
emergency the principal should be contacted first. |
| |
|
 |
Every pupil will endeavour to keep up the high
standard and morale of the school by excelling in
studies, good manners and deportment. |

|
 |
The hand book issued to every student at the
beginning of the year is to be kept intact and neat
all through the year and brought to school everyday. |

|
 |
Reading materials like news papers, peri- .
odicals, comics etc. may not be brought.
to the school without the previous sanc
tion of the principal. Lost articles must be claimed
from the school office within a month. It will be
easier to trace the owners of lost articles like
tiffin box, compass box, umbrella, books etc. if the
owner's name and class are inscribed on them.
